Noodles

We haven't made noodles in a long time. We use a portion of semolina flour which makes them hold together well. They taste good!








No picture of the end result. I'll have to find one from way back.

By the way, we just finished a one week seminar that was amazing. Feels like I'm beginning a new life.  When I get the photos, I'll expound.
