Home Ec - making dumplings
Both Joji and Anna love to help cook. A favorite pastime of ours (especially Anna and I) is to watch cooking videos together. I have dreams of them taking over the kitchen by 12, maybe 10 years of age. Here we are, attempting dumplings. Not bad for our second or third try. I was surprised that some of their dumplings actually remained intact in the boiling water.

Ahh, a new blog. Will it be about your homeschooling journey? Exciting! Guess what we have in our house...a tadpole! Ellie's been drawing a picture of it each day and we talk about the things we observe. So fun.
